These questions are only coming from a point of view of a foodie who is also a health conscious. Breakfast is considered to be the most important meal by many. So, why not have a hearty meal over meetings or dates. It’s just an idea that may already applicable to many who enjoys gatherings or meeting new friends over a meal – and why not on breakfast in a restaurant or coffee shop instead.
We tend to eat too much during lunch, which can be okay – but if we eat much during dinner, it can be detrimental to our health. For a breakfast person, you have more time to burn excess calories you have taken by having a busy schedule for the rest of the day. At least, even if you take a lot of food on your breakfast, you have all the energy to work and earn money.
A breakfast person is usually excited to wake up in the morning and have a good meal. You can also cook your own meal at home and start a meeting with your colleague or co-employees if your job is not the typical office work. If you’re meeting with your office staff, it can also be done on a coffee shop and everyone will be productive because you have enough energy from your breakfast. If you are pursuing your love one, you can bring a breakfast in his/her house and have a breakfast date. It may seem like a dinner date is more romantic, maybe because we are accustomed to it. But, it can be more lovable when you take time and made an effort to have a breakfast date.
If you are a breakfast person, you can also be very healthy because you make your body metabolize efficiently. You don’t get hungry easily and will not get into too much eating during lunch or dinner. You tend to give more energy on your daily routine and have a productive lifestyle. Just make sure to eat a balance meal on your breakfast and you will see positive results.
