Bad Sleeping Habits
I used to withstand long hours awake at night without much sleep. Then, I would just sleep more hours later on to compensate the days and days without enough sleep.
But lately, I notice that my sleeping habits change. I get too sleepy between 10 pm to 12 midnight. Then if I don’t sleep right away and 12 midnight has passed, I will have a hard time getting sleep afterwards. I think, that’s what we call the bedtime – the time to sleep.
Then, I get to have a headache later on, then my migraine triggers.
