It has been known that cancer – specifically colon cancer is due to the eating of red meat that is barbequed, grilled where in chemical carcinogens are arising.

The problem is that we may be aware of roasting and barbequing of steak and chicken may pose a health risk when eaten.  But even if you do it for fish, the same kind of chemical carcinogens arise under those circumstances.
