Calamansi Pepper Chicken Wings
Here’s a recipe to alternate your usual lemon pepper chicken wings. This is a quick one if you have too much calamansi in your fridge and wanting to consume them fast before mummified or becomes dried because of time and cold. Calamansi is usual fruit in the Philippines and other Asian countries; so home cooks can use this for meals requiring lemon. This chicken wings meal is baked and you can serve it with any choice of dipping.
500 kg chicken wings
5 pcs calamansi juice
Freshly ground pepper
Salt to season
1. Marinate your chicken wings on calamansi juice for 10 minutes.
2. Season with freshly ground pepper and salt.
3. Toss with olive oil.
4. Bake for 30-45 minutes in 200 degrees Celsius.
