cheese cupcakes vanessaHere’s a recipe of cheese cupcake share to us by our emerging Food Techie contributor.  These cupcakes were baked according to request of her beloved son.  This recipe yields 24-25 pieces of cupcakes using a 3 oz baking cups.

I have been baking cupcakes for quite some time, and now I noticed I had done a lot of banana cupcakes.  I must try to bake variety of cupcakes, like this cheese cupcake recipe shared to us.

Ingredients:

  • Butter/margarine 112.5 g
  • Grated cheese 125 g
  • Sugar 50 g
  • Eggs 3 pcs
  • All purpose flour 150 g
  • Baking powder 6.5 g
  • Condensed milk 363 g
  • Water 26 g
  • Vanilla extract 7 g

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cream butter, cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Add vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add condensed milk alternately with all purpose flour and baking powder.
  6. Add water in 3 stages.
  7. Mix for 3 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
