Consistent Quality on Filipino Food
One major inconsistency of Filipino restaurants is maintaining the quality of food. Many of us may have experienced at one point dining in our favorite Pinoy restaurant that the food tastes different from the last time of our visit. Having experienced this is really dissatisfying and pose a bad impression to Filipino restaurants.
At one time, we visited the Sulaimaniya branch of the restaurant and ordered their latest dish, Sizzling Back Ribs. One of our friend said it tastes good. But at the time it was served, the meat is tough and rubbery. But the rest of the meal is the same taste as before. It was really not good having experienced this but we just ignored it and said just okay – anyway, it’s not that pricey.
But in any case, we still look forward of having a good meal at this kabayan restaurant. The sotanghon guisado tastes good. The stuffed squid looks appetizing but it’s not that good to eat. While the sinagang na ribs is just right and does not taste like home-cooked.
More or less, the Pinoy food served at La Paz Batchoy and Bacolod Chicken Inasal Restaurant is just fine for a typical Pinoy restaurant that is not that special and may be good for ordinary day dining.
This branch of La Paz Batchoy and Bacolod Chicken Inasal Restaurant is located at Sulimaniya street, near Riyadh Military Hospital just across Al Rajhi Supermarket.
