How to Eat Less Scoops of Ice Cream
Do you often end up eating 2 or more scoops of ice cream? Well, I recently found out a way to combat this.
All you need is a fruit, or even lots of fruits. Adding up 1 banana to your favorite scoop or ice cream may reduce the chance of eating up more ice cream. By the time you finish your ice cream with fruits on it, you’ll feel full and satisfied. In addition, you don’t feel guilty at all adding up more calories to your body.
You just need to add variety. You can try apples, strawberries or any fruits that you love, or even a mix of it will do. The sugar content of fruit is better than the sugar in ice cream nutritionally. So, there’s no worry
