Mouthwatering Halo-Halo and Ensaymada at Razon’s of Guagua – Philippines
Halo-Halo is one of the comfort food for Filipinos especially during hot season. Most people never end their day without dropping by to restaurants and even sidewalks and eat halo-halo. Halo-halo is just every corner of the streets and can always be seen in the menus of every restaurant. Whenever people talked about halo-halo, they usually think of only one place where special halo-halos are being made, it’s the ever famous halo-halo at Razon’s of Guagua.
Once I saw the kiosk of Razon’s of Guagua in the food court of Megamall and without hesitation, I asked my daughter to have our snacks there. Although, my daughter did not like much the ensaymada, I liked it much because of the unique fermented taste.
The Unique Razon’s Halo-Halo
Many people might wonder what made it so famous and special. Way back from its ancestors, the Razon’s of Guagua had made such special halo-halo with just simple ingredients which includes macapuno, saging na saba, evaporated milk and leche flan. Only four simple ingredients had made this one so tasteful that everybody loves unlike other halo-halo made in big restaurants that you could hardly appreciate its taste because of too much sweetness.
Another amazing ingredient of this Razon’s halo-halo is its mouth-melting crushed ice. People who have eaten their halo-halo really wondered how they crushed their ice that it does not easily melt fast. Compared to other popular halo-halo, the ice is crushed very differently. It’s so very fine just like snow. You wouldn’t have a hard time mixing all the ingredients together in that tall glass. That’s so cool!
The Delightful Razon’s Ensaymada
Razon’s has been known also with one of its delightful ensaymada. This ensaymada is a real perfect match to your coffee or choco. Just like their halo-halo, people usually go for their famous ensaymada.
