Pancakes with Blueberry Topping

Pancake is an all time favorite breakfast of mine. Any preparation will do as long as I have with me a lot of maple syrup. I also tried the different pancakes served in any fast food or restaurant.  Whenever I chance upon pancakes on the menu whether for an early morning breakfast or late night dinner, I can take pancakes as a meal. Of course, I will just add variety by adding fruits or sausages. What I like most is blueberry pancake.

I’ve been playing around with recipes of pancake at a young age. I used to cook pancake buying whatever flour is available in the sari-sari store. As far as I can remember, I’ve been liking pancakes ever since. Here’s the whole story why I like pancake so much.

Now that various pancake premixes has been available in grocery stores, preparing pancake has been so easy. You can prepare different types of pancakes like adding some filling or topping.  The classic of all pancakes of course is the blueberry pancake. The blueberries to add can be fresh or preserves.  You can find a lot of preserves available in the market, like blueberries in jams or jellies. What I like most is the one with less sugar or the one with whole blueberries with it. It adds texture when you eat the pancake with blueberries. The tartness of the blueberries is great when in contrast with pancakes with maples syrup.
